No surprises! When you’re so close to signing off your report, you need a service as smooth as the content. Here’s what to expect when you bring me in to support your team and clients…

Guide prices

My day rate is £650 and I take on projects of half a day minimum. I’ll use your brief to create a project fee and timescale that suits your project needs.

Below are guide prices to give you an idea of the investment.

Smooth booking, smooth delivery

Here’s how a project flows, from initial brief to final handover.

1. Plan

Send me your brief with details of the content you need proofreading: word count, document format and whether it’s UK or US English are the important bits. Together we’ll confirm the scope of your project and the dates to book it in. If your deadline’s really tight, there’s an out-of-hours fee.

2. Paperwork

I’ll welcome you on board with a Statement of Work and Booking Contract T&Cs to sign. You’ll receive an invoice for the non-refundable booking fee.

3. Payment

Payment of the non-refundable booking fee secures your dedicated project time in my schedule.

4. Proofread

Email me your files. And if an editorial style guide was used to create the content, send that too.

I’ll methodically follow my BEAM process and return your reviewed document with clear, practical annotations.
